Yes, our system send out reminders at scheduled times. Pleas take note of the following schedule:
15 days prior to actual due date - the system send out a reminder that your account is due in 15 days time
7 days prior to actual due date - the system will again send out a reminder that your account is due in 7 days time
Actual due date - the system will send out a reminder that your account is already due
3 days after due date - the system will send out a reminder that you have a due account and you need to pay it
5 days after due date - the system will send out a reminder that you have a due account that needs to be paid, the system then will automatically suspend the account until Invoice is marked Paid
